摘要：Kinematics descriptions of shock actions of sportsman are certain in taekwondo. The biomechanics analysis of technique of motions is conducted. Calculation charts and mathematical model of shock action of sportsman are made. Kinematics descriptions of shock action are experimentally certain. It is set that duration of kick makes 0,07с, calculation maximal value of acceleration of foot - 25м/c2. The maximal acceleration of foot on a sagittal ax made 17.5 м/с2, on a longitudinal ax - 15 м/с2. The ways of increase of force of blow are rotined by the indexes of speed and acceleration of links. Directions of perfection of technical trade of highly skilled sportsmen are presented.
