摘要：The indexes of speed capabilities of invalids are considered. In research took part 63 students (16-19 years). Practical recommendations are developed for teachers on introduction in the process of physical education of the special exercises and games with a ball. It is set that application of the system of exercises and games with a ball increased the indexes of frequency of motions in a tapping test for youths on 12,2 %, for girls - on 12,9 %. It is certain that diminishing of time simple a reaction for youths made on a sound 20,2 %, on a visual signal - 22,0 %, to the difficult reaction with a choice -20,8 %; for girls - 22,4; 27,0; 23,5 %; in a group with paresises - 18,6; 23,2; 23,2 %; in a group with limitations in motions - 25,2; 25,5; 20,6 %.
