摘要：Determinations of recreation are considered. Its kinds and functions are shown. Directions of estimation of level of the functional state of the cardiovascular system are resulted for students, engaged in a physical culture and sport. Made plan-chart of research of this system. The feature of the system consists in the account of specific of future profession. Estimation of the functional state of the cardiovascular system of student is conducted complex. It is necessary to take into account anamnesis of all of life. It is necessary to apply the sporting, clinical, instrumental, laboratory, biochemical methods of research. It is necessary to take into account the results of functional tests and tests. Functional tests and tests must reflect the reaction of the cardiovascular system on the produced physical loading and determine a general physical capacity.
