摘要：The almost classic investigation of
runoff regimes has been intensified in
the last few years. It is a very significant
part of hydrological research.
As the examples of Kenya and the Swiss
Alps show, the runoff regime analysis
gives an important contribution to
solving hydrological, geoecological
and watereconomical problems.
