摘要:This article examines a growing and distressing social phenomenon, namely, bullying, the historical development, social dimensions, and political impact of which are taken into account and subjected to reflection and critical consideration. It describes both the progress of and problems with the concept of bullying. It also reflects on the research that has been done within the context of a specific research paradigm. The article ends by noting that the phenomenon still exists while the concept itself is no longer applied in Swedish laws or national curricula.
