摘要：Under three epigraphs - agreement, litigation and community - this article will try to relocate the notion of equality from a phenomenological perspective, a need sustained by six theses. Thus, the nature of law and the statute of politics will be located in the diverse registers of experience and the different levels of subjectivity. Politics will, consequently, need to be considered as a dynamic phenomenological process whose differentiation involves both the origin of harmony and the appearance of the deepest conflicts.
