摘要：With the advent of internet technologies, users get involved in collective organizations that feed from collective intelligence mechanism to make further recommendations, inferences on unseen examples. In this study, as users surf on the internet, they are capable of picking pictures liked from web pages to their favorite list with definitions specific to our system. After images are tagged with definitions, they are filtered with respect to commonality measure to deduce significant definitions for storage. These tags help users to make inquiries and broaden up their search on the tags they are interested. While doing tagging process, all images are shared collaboratively and that is bolstered with Word net.
