摘要：The aim of this study is preventing cyber-bullying with a risk management system. This paper examines the importance of the guardians role in preventing cyber bullying and considers how the schools can support guardians and students. School organizes Information System to support students and guardians. School supports them, without the means of class, to gain extensive knowledge on an information society from the view point of Web Science.
