On Decemder,4 2011 died Ivan Chernyakov. For many years he studied archaeological cultures from Copper and Bronze Ages in Ukraine. He was a chief of department of archaeology of Copper and Bronze Ages at the Institute of Archaeology NAS of Ukraine in 1988-1992 and organized at this time three special workshops, dedicated to Trypillia Culture mega-sites at Talianky. At 2003-2004 he mamaged two archaeological conferences, organized by Ukrainian charity foundation "Trypillia".
