摘要：20.yy da dünya ekonomilerine yön veren yeni ekonomik düzenin, toplumsal hayatın sadece ekonomik boyutunu etkilemediği bilinen bir gerçektir. Toplumsal hayat bu yeni düzen sayesinde sosyal, siyasal, kültürel, coğrafik, demografik, çevresel ve saymadığımız pek çok alanda değişim ve dönüşümlere sahne olmuştur. Fakat bu değişimlerin toplumsal hayat üzerindeki etkilerinin bazen olumlu, bazen olumsuz olduğu gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada ekonomik kalkınmalarını sürdürülebilir kılmak isteyen ülkelerin, tahrip ettikleri çevre yüzünden katlandıkları negatif dışsallıklar incelenecektir. Bu bağlamda önce genel bir değerlendirme yapılacak, sonrasında Türkiye’de son dönemde yeşil sürdürülebilirlik ve yeşil ekonomi adına yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilecektir
其他摘要：In 20th century, it is a known realty that new economic order which leads to world economics do not only affect economic dimension of social life. Social life, within that deal, has witnessed many changes and transformations in social, political, cultural, geographical, demographical, environmental and many other areas which we did not mention. But it is seen that these changes have an affect on social life sometimes positive or negative. In this study, for countries that want to be sustainable in their economical growth; an investigation regarding the negative externalities that they have to deal with because of the environment that has been destroyed. Under this circumstances; firstly a general evaluation will be done, and then the study regarding the green sustainability and green economy in Turkey will be evaluated
