摘要:Diversities are seen in personal, organizational and managerial areas. Global thinking affects management and organization systems. Management gives it place to active leadership. Intellectual capital, personal and organizational values gain importance. Global values remove the sources of diversities. The research was prepared with people from foreign countries in the Army to determine personal, organizational and managerial diversities; to reveal the effects of globalization and information; and to make the managers use the diversities effectively.
