摘要:Marketing efforts usually focus on minimizing churn because the cost of bringing a customer back is usually much greater than the cost of retaining the customer in the first place. The paper highlights those key essential factors which need to be considered before automating the process of searching the mountain of customers related data using Data mining to find patterns or a model that helps the business people to predict the behaviors of the customer to achieve their long term goals, vision & mission.
