摘要：The individual ethical role of a person for common oriented goal leads to social empowerment, community welfare and creation of both tangible and intangible wealth for an individual as well as for the society. The Personal Social responsibility (PSR) is a multi dimensional ethical tool to exercise the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with optimum fruitful outcome. The excellence of formulation and implementation of welfare policies with parallel swift empowerment of society with socio-economic elevation and population can be only achieved by smooth and rhythmic propagation of CSR policies. A comparative study has been done on five private and five Government Sector companies to skim the Personal role of top executives for doing well for social cause with exercising the effective concept of PSR. The research is done in grounds of primary as well as secondary data.
