摘要：In global business scenario India is emerging as a booming market. On the other hand the traditional Indian manpower is much more attached with family values, ethics and family culture. If no proper care is taken for family then an individual can’t work efficiently. For the same the concept of “Family Impact Assessment” is proposed to care for the needs of family of the employee/personnel.
