摘要：Any unwelcome accident or natural calamity is known as disaster. The breakdown in complete smooth performance of day to day activity is known as disaster. The measures adopted to mitigate the impact of disaster are termed as “Disaster Management”. The most efficient measure to estimate for preparedness for disaster is HRVC Analysis.
