摘要：This paper is improved the security on Hill cipher by using Non-Quadratic residues of a prime number p≥53. In Hill Cipher, a plain text is encrypted using a fixed value ‘26’ during the computation. The paper explains how using Non-Quadratic residues during encryption improves security.
