摘要：In this paper we present an automatic evaluation method for the determination of the quality of milled rice. Among the milled rice samples the quantity of broken kernels are determined with the help of shape descriptors, and geometric features. Grains are said to be broken kernels whose lengths are 75% of the grain size. This proposed method gives good results in evaluation of rice quality.
