摘要:The introduction of electrospun TiO2 nanofibers has improved the performance of inverted poly (3- hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and (6, 6)- phenyl-C61- butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) solar cells by providing efficient charge generation and collection through double heterojunction. Electrospun TiO2 nanofibers increased the charge separation and collecting capability of the devices both from P3HT and PCBM by providing interfaces between P3HT-TiO2 and PCBM-TiO2 nanofibers. The resulting devices have reached to maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 4.25±0.03% contributed by increased short circuit current (Jsc).
