摘要:In this paper, an attempt has been made to study electrical properties of calcium modified Lead Zirconate Titanate (PCZT) ceramics. For this, PZT was prepared by the conventional oxide route. The samples of Calcium modified PZT i.e., PCZT were used in this study. Result shows that the dielectric constant decreases with increasing frequency for PZT ceramic at MPB and all PCZT composites. The maximum dielectric constant changes from 3200 to 1200 at low frequencies.
