摘要：In this paper, the current situation of engineering education teaching evaluation is analyzed. The importance and necessity of engineering education teaching evaluation is explained too. Then a teaching evaluation form is designed, and engineering Education of the private and public institutes is evaluated; SPSS analytical software is applied; a scientific basis to grasp the current engineering education situation generally is provided. At last, determinants the factors which can makes teaching effective in both private and public institutes and analysis of these factors.
