摘要：In this paper, protein class prediction used in the procedure of drug discovery. In drug discovery, it is difficult to find out the complete solution for each protein individually. But if the class of protein will be known for which the drug is to be discovered then it will become easy to find out the complete solution for protein sequence which will help protein to stop it to enlarge. So class prediction of a protein helps to upgrade the procedure of drug discovery. By using data mining techniques complete solution for protein class prediction will be generated which will be helpful in the procedure of drug discovery.
