摘要：The Paper describes the concept of Text to Speech System for Hindi using the English Language or Word. Now day’s mostly Indian users write the text or E-mail, input string in instant chatting, and use the English word or language for writing scrap or messages for social networking in Hindi using English letter. Such as on facebook, orkut, GTalk, or other messenger for chatting. The text to speech system converts the input text into the desired speech, the system is using for , to reading the user input text, speak aloud in Hindi which is write in the English word.
