摘要：The paper aims to survey the role of Knowledge Management (KM) using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in higher education by conducting literature review and classification of articles from 2000 to 2012 in order to explore how KM technologies and applications have been developed in this period. The emergence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the last decade has opened new avenues in Knowledge Management that could play important roles in meeting the prevailing challenges related to sharing, exchanging and disseminating knowledge and technologies in the higher education. This paper provides a high level overview of KM using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in higher education. A critical analysis is done by studying attempts made by professionals to implement KM using ICT in higher education
