摘要:Dr. Ibrahim Temo was one of the most important characters of the Turkish political life. Ibrahim Temo, as the founder of Union and Progress, which had an important part in the history of Turkish political life, attracts attention with his three identities. Besides being a Turkish intellectual who was against tyranny, Temo was also the founder of the Baskim Society, which was one of the most important societies of the Albanian nationalist movement. Being isolated from the Union and Progress after the proclamationof the Second Constitutional Period, Temo settled in Romania, in where he formerly founded the Balkan branch of the society and entered in the Romanian nationality. Temo was accepted as a reputable person in the Unionist environments with his organizer character that was full of brave and determination in ideas. After his years in the School of Military Medicine Temo continued his efforts as an organizer in Romania, to where he escaped, and there he founded a new society, Baskim, that gathered the disconnected Albanian societies under a unique name, and played an important role in spread of the Unionist movement in before Romania, and after among the Albanians. After the proclamation of the Second Constitutional Period, Temo founded the Ottomant Democrat Party and ran opposition against to the government of Union and Progress.
