摘要:This paper outlines the use of a balance truncation algorithm to design low order infinite impulse response (IIR) interpolator for pilot symbol assisted modulation. A state space model is developed to optimize filter coefficients. The proposed design for the filter has a frequency response is quite stable. This approach is highly beneficial for systems employing fading channel estimation. A comparison is given for the achieved results to that with ideal case.
