摘要:When and how is it appropriate to plan, implement and assess difficult /problematic subject matter to adolescent students? The paper assumes both a moral and developmental theoretical perspective when examining the need for students to be exposed to, and learn from, difficult to teach subject content. An applicable lesson plan is provided. Grappling with such issues fosters a greater sense of critical thinking and allows students to make meaningful connections to the world in which they coexist.
