摘要：Multivariate considerations of Neurorehabilitation – biochemical reactions, psychosocial architecture, and modulation of behaviour This article deals on multiple levels with effects and functioning of exercise in neurological diseases. The basis consists in an exercise related release of neurotrophic factors which is described in multiple laboratory experiments. This phenomenon is important on one hand as multiple neurological patients show reduced neu- rotrophic factor releases and on the other hand it is well known that neurotrophic factor have neuroplastic and neuroprotective functions. However just exercising is not enough in order to achieve sustained success. Thus, the article discusses further more psychosocial architectures and phenomenological correlates of human move- ments like experience, consciousness or self-reflexion. Motivation and decision making as well as theories of human behaviour and therapeutically relevant tools are further contents of this article.
