摘要：The astronomical use of telecommunication has created concern for individuals and corporations about the privacy of e-mail. The Electronic Communications Private Act of 1986 was passed to amend Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1986, which was supposed to take care of these concerns, but it still have some gaps. This paper deals with the issues created by those gaps and how to deals with those issues.
