摘要:The popularity of chat rooms for personal computing has been a prelude to instant messaging (IM) in the business world. Just how extensive IM is in the business world, who is using it, how it is being used, what are the concerns with its use and what is the future of IM are explored in this paper. Current professional literature on IM was examined and a survey of full-time working MBA students from two geographical areas of the country was done to collect primary data to compare with the results of the literature search.
