摘要：Due to the increasing popularity of distance education, it is important to understand the factors of distance education student success. The author reviews the literature and finds eight factors which have proven important – hands-on experience, course design, variety, clarity, feedback, rapport, technical support, and content. The author reviews his experience and methods describing his inclusion of these factors into his object-oriented applications course.
