摘要:This paper is a case study of achieving competitive advantage by organizational learning. It examines the process of a leading IT corporation (Unisys) transforming itself into a learning organization. The research methodology employs a fact-based principle that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Data was collected and analyzed at corporate level of the subject organization. A model of strategic transformation by organizational learning has been developed based on the findings.
