摘要：User-centered design is rapidly becoming a necessary component of business systems. As users become more sophisticated, they expect usability to be a key component of information systems. Global information systems have more challenges to create systems with user-centered design principles as they must account for different languages and cultures. This study identifies key user-centered design principles and then measures the websites of twenty Fortune 500 companies with an international presence against these principles.
