摘要：Knowledge management is an important function in any large organization. In this paper, a conceptual model of knowledge management in the large organization will be developed. The organic-like mechanics of knowledge management and a mathematical means of quantifying the model will be discussed. Personal experience from a large organization will be used to provide context for the model.
