摘要：This paper details the experience of integrating service learning projects into technology oriented courses for the Computer Information Systems (CIS) program at California University of Pennsylvania (CUP) and the Communications and Information System Department at Robert Morris University (RMU). The paper entails the steps undertaken by faculty members at CUP to inquire, select and implement service projects in their technology courses and an example of one successful project for a non-profit organization. It also notes the findings and overall conclusions for the service learning initiatives that have occurred at RMU.
