摘要：The purpose of this study is to propose a classification scheme of Web communication. Because it is the most widely used platform of the Internet communication, the Web creates emerging global databases or information systems. Web communication structure is investigated as differentiated elements that can be recognized in the patterned communication flows on the Web. Eight structures are identified and proposed structural analysis can contribute to examine how businesses on the Web attempt to control the interactions with users for the purpose of communicating their intentions.
