摘要:This paper is the first in a series that describes the use of game dynamics in an introductory MIS classroom. Here we show how game dynamics can help address two common problems faced by professors in their classrooms— assignments turned in late and poor attendance. It introduces a unique learning management system that has built in game dynamics features. We take what are traditionally two of the most dreaded aspects of teaching and turn them into relatively positive experiences for both students and professors. We also suggest how game dynamics might help inspire engaged learning.
