摘要:The determination through calculation of the maximal discharges with genesis in high intensity precipitations is extremely necessary in the implementation of civil structures, bridges, footbridges or dams. A requirement in establishing their dimension and location is the determination of the maximal discharges’ occurrence probability, calculated through various computing methods. One of the statistical methods used in the probabilistic interpretation and assessment of flash-floods, as aleatory phenomena, is the frequency analysis that aims at establishing the existing relations between consecutive flash-floods and the probability of exceeding or non-exceeding their discharge values.
