摘要：NC94 is a spatiotemporal (agricultural) dataset of North Central Region in USA and vastly used in various research domains. In this research work we exploit XML on NC94 dataset to assess the impact of extreme temperatures in Iowa. The variation in climate is one of the factors that affect human life. The results of this research help to identify the counties with suitable modest climate with least variations.
