in this study, it was determined that the Galanthus gracilis Celark. (Amaryllidaceae) grows in Yarımca region-which is located in the North of Eskişehir (Türkiye). Also the ecological properties of the region was investigated. These properties; alti-tude 1250 m, relief 30-45%, aspect exposure north, canopy density light (<1), under Querqus cerris L. and/or in open field, near creek, distributed one by one Graminea spp. or as small groups with Crocus ancyrensis (Herbent) Maw. Annual mean temperature is +10.9°C, annual precipitation is 373.6 mm, annual mean relative humidity is 58-69%. In the region, bedrock is peridotid, parent material is serpantine, absolute depth and physiological dept are shallow soil and humus form is Mull. The colour of soil is yellowish-brown (2.5Y-5/3) when it is dry and it is olive brown (2.5Y-4/3) when it is wet, the texture is loamy soil (Sand: 58.32 %; Şilt: 29.07 %; Clay: 12.61%), rocks is 70 %, CaC03 0.0 %, pH=6.40, NaCl 1.20 mS/cm and organic matter is 11.73 %. The elemental analysis of the soil: N 0.59 %, P205 28 ppm , Ca 24.57 %, Mg 14.48 %, K 0.42 %, Na 0.16 %, Fe 1.34 ppm, Mn 22.67 ppm, Zn 1.04 ppm, Cu 0.31ppm. The elemental analysis of the bulb of G. gracilis is: N 2.55 %, P 0.12 %, K 0.57 %, Ca 0.92 %, Mg 0.23 %, Na 0.02 %, Fe 1023 ppm, Mn 37 ppm, Zn 67 ppm, Cu 8.93 ppm, Pb 6.30 ppm, Ni 43 ppm. and the elemental analysis of the leaves this plant is: N 3.55 %, P 0.14 %, K 0.72 %, Ca 0.53 %, Mg 0.27 %, Na 0.02 %, Fe 330 ppm, Mn 36 ppm, Zn 76 ppm, Cu 12.60 ppm, Pb 13.13 ppm, Ni 16 ppm.
