摘要：In the article are presented the results of the research determining the influence of the integrated quality management system on management process in the assessment of management and regular employees of Strauss Cafe Poland Ltd. According to the ISO 9001 requirements in order to effectively manage the organisation, should identify operations. The activities requiring resources and managed in order to enable the transformation of inflow into outflow should be evaluated as a process. The analysis of the gathered data shows the essential influence of the systems (QMS and HACCP) on the management process in the company. The management staff emphasized the significant influence of the quality management system whereas production staff of HACCP system. Both of these groups of employees in the survey shows the beurocracy as a negative result of these systems, while positive results are improvement of image of the company and increase of both products and services quality.
