摘要:Interventions to alleviate job stress have multiplied rapidly over the last two decades, paralleling the increasing recognition and acceptance of the adverse impacts of job stress on individuals and organizations. This development has been reflected in the rapid growth of the job-stress intervention literature, which has been reviewed in various ways and from a range of perspectives over the last decade. The goal of the present study was to identify models of international best practice through a comprehensive review of the job-stress intervention literature.
