摘要:The Cr3+ substituted Ni-Co alloys with the chemical formula Co0.5Ni0.5CrxFe2-xO4 were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion method. The synthesized samples were annealed at 600 ºC for 4 h. Xray diffraction data were used to evaluate the structure of the prepared samples. Lattice constant (a), X-ray density (dx), bulk density (dB), hopping length (L), allied parameters were calculated using X-ray diffraction data.The prepared samples show the formation of single phase cubic spinel structure without any impurity peaks. Lattice constant and X-ray density found to decrease with Cr3+ substitution. Hopping lengths and allied parameters also decreases with Cr3+ substitution.
