摘要：The aim of the present study is to develop a new scale to measure the social prestige in female faculties of Islamic Azad University in Iran. The main research question is whether we can explore a special structure for Social prestige in female faculties of Islamic Azad University? By using all of the aspects of Social prestige a primarily questionnaire with 85 item was developed and piloted based on a sample of 320 female faculties of Islamic azad University in Iran. The scores subjected to factor analysis using principal component and varimax rotation to verify the factorial composition of the instrument.
