  • 摘要:Innovation is utmost factor of organizational success during the period of unbelievable global competition. Innovation is generally triggered by leader’s strategic behaviors and leadership styles are decisive in organizations’ vision and mission nowadays. Employee’s innovation perception and also innovative behavior have an important role at the execution process of innovation. From this aspect, determination of factors which effect innovative behavior is an important research area. The paper focus on the determination of leader-member exchange quality’s (LMX) mediator role at the effects of transformational and contingent reward leadership’s style, at private and public sector, to employee’s innovative behaviors.
