摘要：Co-operative Banks are organized and managed on the principals of co-operation, self-help, and mutual help. These have been playing imperative role in Indian financial system with broad network in both urban and rural areas. Around three hundred and seventy two District Central Co-operative Banks (DCCBs) with large number of branches and extension counters cater to the needs of nearly one lakh societies in rural India. In Haryana nineteen DCCBs with more than two hundred branches have been facilitating self-sufficiency in food grain production, creation ofCo-operative Banks are organized and managed on the principals of co-operation, self-help, and mutual help.
