摘要:This study examined the relationship between corporate culture and attitudes toward organizational change in the Jordanian business environment. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires among 209 managers working in 28 insurance companies registered in the Amman Stock Exchange. The Findings showed that there is a relationship between corporate culture and the affective, cognitive, and behavioral tendency of attitudes toward organizational change. The findings also showed different types of organizational culture have different levels of attitudes toward organizational change. Although this study was conducted in Jordan, it is anticipated that the findings may have relevance on a broader scale if applicable. By replicating this study in different countries and contexts the results could be very helpful for developing a new model of corporate culture with new implementation techniques that can be implemented easily and successfully
