摘要：It has been observed that the Non ERP institutes are lacking behind the ERP institutes. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is one of the answer or solution for improving and raising the standard of the Non ERP institute. This paper describes the introduction of ERP and concentrate on the factor which leads to the better results of ERP. For analyzing the data in this paper, we have been used factor analysis of SPSS software.
