摘要:Mentoring is one of the most researched topics today. The paper tries to trace the evolution of the concept and history of mentoring. The paper mentions the theories of mentoring and the dimensions of mentoring. This is a conceptual paper, which underlines the importance of protégé predictors in the success of the mentoring program. This helps the organization to plan the mentoring programs in a manner so as to increase the efficacy of the program.
