摘要:One of the most pertinent questions on work life is how well an individual balance working and the quality of service achieved. Quality of service is becoming a key factor in most organizations and the human resource department is avidly finding ways to retain and deploy employees to benefit the organization. The two most fundamental question surrounding quality of service is how to raise the individual’s contribution to the organization achieving a balance work life and dealing with customers ethically. This paper focuses on the effect of work life and ethics if not curbed well in its developmental stage. If an organization wishes to retain employees for the longer term, sustainability and quality of service rendered to the customers’ needs to be achieved continuously. This paper concludes by highlighting the effects of employees not being able to balance work life and ethics with quality of service.
