摘要：Optimal resources allocation should be done in first establishment stage. But, optimal capacity allocation in consideration of practical standards such as current traffic volume has a significant impact on performance. In this paper, we've attempted to model an appropriate mapping method based on network traffic as the basis for early allocation policy.
